At South Downs, our skills based, developmental curriculum has a particular emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing and learning outside of the classroom.

We promote many forms of inclusion and we are proud to be a UNICEF Silver Award Rights Respecting School in light of our work in promoting children’s rights. We also hold the Tribal EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Quality Mark.
