Staff Wellbeing at the Southfield Trust
How we can help…
School Support
Each of our employees is a valued member of staff and supporting your wellbeing is a high priority. We have a number of trained senior staff who are always approachable and willing to help, anytime you need.
Head of Provisions, Senior Management, Line Managers and our designated Mental Health First Aiders can provide support if you are struggling with work load, need support with a personal crisis or have any such issue affecting your wellbeing.
Please feel confident that we are here to help, and will always endeavour to find a solution to support you.
At all times, the confidentiality and dignity of staff will be maintained.
CARE FIRST
ESCC's Employee’s Counselling Service CARE FIRST is a Counselling and Employee Assistance provider for staff. This is a free and confidential service and they can be contacted on: 0333 212 8382 CARE FIRST is an external provider making the service completely confidential and independent of The Southfield Trust.
If you are experiencing problems at work or at home, please do not hesitate to contact them if you feel that they may be able to help you. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
